The following TWO documents are required and should be taken directly to the school where you are registering your child on April 8th for Kindergarten Registration or call the school for an appointment.
Certified birth certificate, passport or I-94 document.
Two documents proving residency that include parent/guardian name and the physical address - lease/mortgage or utility bill, etc. dated within 60 days
OR the acceptance email for the non-resident application.
Immunization Documentation
OR a completed exemption certificate
