This is a friendly reminder to ensure your child is prepared for outdoor recess. Today, many students were not fully equipped for the cold weather and snow. Please remember that we will continue to send students outside for recess, even if it is snowing or chilly. Please make sure your students have warm coats and appropriate footwear to stay comfortable. If you need help with resources, please feel free to reach out to the school social workers, Mrs. Holden or Mrs. Strong.

For your reference, students will be brought inside ONLY under the following conditions:

• Heavy rain or very wet snow (in the mornings only)
• Temperature drops below 19°F
• Red air quality alert

Additionally, when dropping off or picking up your child, please use the designated parent drop-off lanes. The south parking lot is reserved for buses, daycare vehicles, and staff. If you use this lot, you will be directed to the other parking lot.
